Free pattern: Lee's Crochet Bag

A simple crochet bag with a plywood base and leather straps. The bag can be used as storage or as a decoration.

Design: Lankava, Lee Esselström.
Size: 30 x 22 x 22 cm (length x height x depth).
Yarn: Lankava Lilli Tube Yarn (80 % recycled cotton, 20 % polyester, 1 kg = 220 m) 560 g denim blue (22).
Crochet hook: 9 mm, or size to obtain gauge.
Other supplies: Oval plywood basket base, 30 x 20 cm, 2 leather straps 67 x 2 cm. Cotton twine for attaching the straps, tapestry needle (= needle with a large hole and blunt end), 3.5 or 4 mm crochet hook and leather punch.
Gauge: 8 sts ja 8 rnds = 10 cm.
